JASA RWC
EST. 2017 - 2021
In 2017, the club decided to break away from the Juventus Sport Club due to philosophical differences. Under now Technical director, and former DV8 player, Jake Morrison, and Coach Will Stambaugh, the club rebranded itself as JASA Redwood City. To provide it's most competitive players with a higher standard of play, Jake and Will entered JASA into the UPSL.
They also entered a second team, called JASA Dos, into the La Liga Norcal (formerly the NorCal APL).
The club continued to field both the UPSL and JASA Dos teams along with a women's summer program, the JASA Ladies.
Trophy Cabinet
Since Joining the UPSL in 2017, JASA has established itself as one of the top programs in the Bay Area. Over the last 3 years, the club has competed in several different high level competitions including the prestigious Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup.Through these competitions and by scheduling year round friendlies against top level teams from various leagues outside of the UPSL such as the PDL, NPSL, and NISA, the program has provided incredibly high level exposure for its players. As the program continues to evolve and grow, it will strive to continue to garner success at these high levels and to provide even more opportunities for its players to move on to the next level.
